It's known as vegetable ivory and is a sustainable alternative to ivory derived from elephants. This is precisely what makes these pieces so special, and one-of-a-kind. But, best of all: these sets are under $55. Happy shopping!

What Happens When You Mix Yellow & Turquoise?

What happens when you mix Yellow & Turquoise? All kinds of lovely things!  They are the sort of colors that take you somewhere sunny and dreamy.  And for that reason, this is just the kind of color palette that I like to see being used for the Spring and Summer months.

Who could resist a necklace like this? Three small orange peel roses are the focal point of this exquisite necklace, and they are beautifully paired with orange bombona seeds hand-dyed by Colombian artisans. These beautiful roses are made from discarded orange peel thoroughly cleaned before undergoing one week sun-drying, shaping and dying process without losing their natural aroma.
Take a look at our Orange Peel Collection at www.irmaguzman.com

This clutch from Mar y Sol brings this palette together in such a way that can only be described as beautiful!

I couldn't be more in love with these Jimmy Choo swede espadrilles!

Looking to add a little pizazz to your summer look? This orange peel bracelet is all you need!

So tell me, are you liking the way that these two colors pair up with one another?

Wonders of the Sea

"The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonders forever." ~ Jacques Cousteau

White Sea charm bracelet

There's something about the sea that has always captivated me, and I was lucky enough to live by the sea for many years. I really enjoyed those days and I still do when I go to the beach. Everything I know about the sea I learned it from Jacques Cousteau' s documentaries, they were my favorites ...

I was amazed to see the beauty of the sea life, from the largest creatures, the blue whales, whose beautiful songs travel thousands of miles under the ocean, to the tiny and fragile sea horses. Curiously, males are the ones that get pregnant and deliver their offspring!

Not only the sky has stars ... the sea offers a variety of star-shaped animals (starfish) in a variety of colors and sizes! Finally, the survival instinct of the baby sea turtles is really amazing. Watching them struggle out of the nest and make their way to the water is an emotional experience! They have to face everything from driftwood and footprints to crabs and predators. This is so inspiring!

Our White Sea charm bracelet is definitely a show-stopper and will ensure you get plenty of compliments!

A Stylish Summer

The temperatures may be spiking, but these chic summer looks will help you play it cool while looking easy, breezy and stylish.

Brunch With The Girls

For this special occasion a silk maxi dress is lively and laid-back. Do your own color blocking with contrasting accessories like this tagua nut necklace that you can find at Irma Guzman Eco Jewelry.

Traveling

From packing to looking up flight schedules and weather conditions, traveling can be very stressful. Opt for a chic, fuss-free look, wear clothes that you can layer, a lacy camisole or a fitted t-shirt, jeans, and a lightweight jacket or scarf in case the plane gets chilly. Our Adriana earrings pair nicely with this look.

Seaside/Pool Party

Playing it safe in the summer sun doesn't have to be at the cost of style. A straw hat is a must for sunny days, sunglasses, a flirty eyelet cover-up keeps the sun off but still allows your shape to show through.  To complement the look an eye-catching tagua nut necklace that you can find at Irma Guzman Eco Jewelry.

Weekend

Whether you want to do a little shopping, meet up with friends, or just walk around town, this is just what your need!  The Rosario Islands necklace pairs nicely with this look.

When In Doubt Wear Red

In the transition from cold to warm weather, it's time to embrace a hot hue, RED.
I don't know about you, but red has always been a color that I have been drawn to. And although I am not as obsessed as I used to be in years past, this vibrant hue will always have a place in my heart!

It's the color of passion, strength and love. “Plus, fiery red is a mood elevator. It can boost confidence and make you feel more in control”, says Leatrice Eiseman, Pantone’s executive director.

Valentino

This intense shade is sure to please those drawn to making a very strong statement.  The Granada necklace, made from acai seeds, is just the statement piece for any season.

How to wear it?

1. Worn with basic black, white, and dark navy, RED pops.

Tory Burch

2. Keep lips neutral (red lips would be too matchy); wear black or nude shoes that won't distract.

Anthropologie

3. A long line of red is often visually slimming, not to mention stunning.

Michael Kors Spring 2013

Just want a small dose of red? The The Marbella bracelet in red, made from tagua nut, will add the perfect accent to any look.
